Chess Club

Michael Cranny’s chess club started in February with a huge success! Chess Club is an opportunity for students from grades 4-6 to experience the academic and social benefits of playing chess.  Club members will have the opportunity to play older and younger opponents, and experience a variety of different skill levels and challenges. The goal is for all the club members to become stronger players and develop new strategies of playing the game.

Kindergarten Registration for 2017-2018

Kindergarten Registration to Commence

January 20, 2017

Kindergarten registration will commence on January 20, 2017 for the 2017-18 school year. Registration forms are available on YRDSB’s website: www.yrdsb.ca. Children who turn four or five years old during 2017, live within the school boundary and whose parents are public school tax supporters will be

eligible to register for kindergarten. A kindergarten information session for parents is being planned for this spring. For more information please visit the YRDSB website or contact your local school.
